At FURNISHD., we want you to love your home; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all furniture is disassembled and returned in its original packaging to qualify for a return.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully disassemble the item and place it back into its original box with all hardware and assembly instructions included.

Schedule a Pickup

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and schedule a carrier pickup or drop it off at a designated shipping center.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
